I call it Goongata!

Ugh! I have been trying to figure out my special recipe, one that will take all unhealthy foods off Of my mind!


And ladies, I Figured it out honey!

This delicious shake contains -


  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup orange Juice

  • plant base vanilla protein (Herbalife Nutrition- protein drink mix)

  • half of a banana

  • frozen fruit blend (pineapple, mango, and strawberry)

  • kale

blend for 10-15 sec


  • Add 5-6 cubes of ice

  • blend for 30-50 sec

  • before pouring it out- ADD A SMALL DRIZZLE OF CARAMEL!

AND WOLAH! Goongata 😂


TIP: I use this as a snack, since it doesn’t have the meal replacement mix in it.
However, if you want to use this as a Meal, do 2 scoops meal replacement/1 scoop protein drink mix!
