Postpartum Rebuild Series The Postpartum Rebuild Series is a structured, phase-based movement program designed for women who have been medically cleared postpartum and are ready to rebuild their bodies in the right order. This series follows a clear progression: breath → core connection → confidence in movement → decompression. Each week is intentionally designed to restore posture, re-establish core awareness, and support the pelvic floor before adding intensity or complexity. While the program is designed to be completed in order, each module can also be revisited individually as supportive daily movement when needed. This is not a “bounce-back” program. It is a foundation phase that prioritizes safety, connection, and long-term strength. The focus of this series: -Standing breathwork to restore rib and pelvic alignment -Gentle core reconnection without pressure or floor work -Confidence-building upright movement -Standing decompression stretches to release tension and support recovery This series meets you where you are while guiding you forward with intention—so your body feels supported, capable, and confident before progressing to more dynamic movement.
