"Hi, I’m Kayla Nicole Armstrong, founder of this amazing community. I’ve been a dancer since I was four, but fitness became part of my life after becoming a mom. Like many mothers, I struggled postpartum—until one night, I heard a whisper: “Heels and Fitness.”
That moment changed everything. I researched, laced up my heels, and got moving. I lost 40 pounds, but more importantly, I found my purpose—helping women prioritize themselves while embracing God’s plan.
