Hi, I’m Kayla Nicole Armstrong, founder of His Ambitious Girl.
I’ve been a dancer since childhood, but fitness became personal after motherhood. During my postpartum journey, a moment of clarity sparked what would become Heels and Fitness.
Through faith and movement, I lost 40 pounds — and found my purpose: helping women prioritize themselves while walking in God’s plan.
Heels and Fitness is more than a workout.
It’s a reminder that you are His Ambitious Girl.
