HEY SISTAH,
I'm Kayla Nicole Armstrong, Certified Personal Trainer, Dancer, and Creator of Heels & Fitness.
After motherhood, I realized movement wasn't just about changing my body.
It was about rebuilding confidence.
Today I help women strengthen their bodies, improve posture, and reconnect with themselves through movement.
